These terms apply to the Venue Runner website and ordering service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Ordering at a venue
- Venue Runner sends your request to the venue. Your order is with the venue, not with Venue Runner.
- You pay the venue directly, usually on its EFTPOS terminal.
- Availability, prices and delivery times are up to the venue.
Alcohol and responsible service
You must be 18 or over to order alcohol. Venue staff may ask for ID and may refuse service in line with Responsible Service of Alcohol laws and the venue's licence conditions. Please drink responsibly.
Acceptable use
Don't send false, abusive or prank orders, or try to interfere with the service. We and the venue may block misuse.
Venue customers
Venues using Venue Runner are covered by a separate service agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect loss or for the venue's products or service.
